Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our categories or use the search bar to find what you need. Once you’ve found a product, select any options (color, size, storage, etc.), add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save items to your wishlist, compare products, and check out faster next time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@streetpricemall.com or call +233 27 809 9101. We can usually modify or cancel orders that haven’t yet been processed for shipping, but once an order has shipped, it can’t be changed or cancelled.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed. You can also check your order status anytime from your account dashboard.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and mobile money, along with other secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed through 100% secure payment gateways.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your site?
Yes. We use secure, encrypted checkout systems, so your payment information is never stored or shared insecurely.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (₵). Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown at checkout before you complete your payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on select orders and promotions. Any shipping costs or thresholds for free delivery will be shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. You’ll see an estimated delivery window at checkout, and a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Do you deliver outside Ghana?
Please check at checkout by entering your delivery address — availability and delivery times will be shown based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. You can also view order status from your account page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team within [X] days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@streetpricemall.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Products
Are the products genuine/authentic?
Yes, all products sold on StreetPriceMall are sourced to be authentic and as described. If you ever receive an item that seems inconsistent with its listing, please reach out right away.
Do products come with a warranty?
Warranty coverage varies by product and brand. Check the individual product page for warranty details, or contact us for more information.
An item I want is out of stock — will it come back?
Stock is refreshed regularly. Add the item to your wishlist or check back soon, or contact us to ask about restock timing.
Can I compare products before buying?
Yes — use the “Compare” feature on product pages to compare specs and prices side by side before deciding.

How do I create an account?
Click “Sign In” at the top of the page, then select the option to register a new account.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click “Lost your password?” on the sign-in page and follow the instructions to reset it via email.
How does the wishlist work?
Click the heart/favorite icon on any product to save it to your wishlist for later. You can view and manage your wishlist from your account.
