Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Our Fulfillment Model

StreetPriceMall operates on a dropshipping model with international suppliers. This means:

• We do not hold most products in a local warehouse. When you place an order, it is forwarded directly to the relevant international supplier or partner warehouse, who packs and ships the item straight to you.
• Because different products may come from different suppliers and regions, items in the same order may ship separately, from different countries, and arrive on different dates.
• Packaging, invoices, or shipping labels may reflect the supplier’s branding or country of origin rather than StreetPriceMall’s. This is a normal part of our fulfillment process and does not affect your rights under this policy or our Return & Refund Policy.
• Because shipments are international, delivery times are generally longer than local warehouse shipping, and orders may pass through customs in your destination country.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are typically forwarded to the relevant supplier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Supplier processing/packing time is generally 1–3 business days before the item is handed to an international courier or postal service, but may vary by product, supplier, and origin country.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a further notification once each item ships, including tracking information where available.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be forwarded to suppliers on the next business day.

3. Delivery Areas

• We ship to most countries worldwide. Availability for your specific address will be confirmed at checkout.
• Some remote locations or countries may have restricted delivery options, additional customs requirements, or longer transit times.
• If a product cannot be delivered to your location, this will be indicated on the product page or at checkout before you complete payment.

4. Delivery Times

Because orders are fulfilled internationally, estimated delivery times are longer than typical local shipping and can vary by supplier, destination, and customs processing:

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, supplier processing time, weather, courier/postal service delays, high order volumes, or incorrect address details. Customs delays are generally outside our control.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
• These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are typically collected by the courier or postal service upon delivery.
• We are not able to predict the exact amount of any customs fees, as these vary by country and product type. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.

6. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the supplier fulfilling each item, and order weight/size.
• Because items may ship from multiple suppliers or countries, your order may show more than one shipping charge, itemized at checkout.
• We periodically offer free shipping promotions on select products — any applicable discount will be automatically reflected at checkout.

7. Order Tracking

• Once each item in your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link or reference number via email/SMS, specific to that supplier’s shipment.
• Tracking visibility may be limited during international transit or customs clearance, depending on the courier/postal network used.
• If your order contains multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers as each item ships individually.
• You can check overall order status anytime by logging into your account and visiting “My Orders.”

8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the order, the courier will attempt redelivery, hold the parcel for pickup, or contact you to arrange a suitable time, depending on local courier practices.
• If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number — we will follow up with the relevant supplier/courier on your behalf and update you.
• Because we rely on international suppliers and customs processes, some delays are outside our direct control; however, we remain your point of contact for resolving any issue and will not leave you to deal with suppliers directly.

9. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please ensure your shipping address, country, and phone number are correct at checkout. Once an order has been forwarded to a supplier, changes to the address may not always be possible, especially once it has entered international transit. StreetPriceMall is not responsible for delivery delays, customs issues, or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

10. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the item/packaging. We will investigate directly with the supplier and/or courier responsible for that shipment and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate — you will not need to liaise with international suppliers yourself.

11. Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Because of our international dropshipping model:

• Orders containing multiple items are very likely to be shipped separately, from different suppliers or countries, and may arrive on different dates and in different packaging.
• You will be notified when your order is split into multiple shipments, and you can track each one individually from your account.
• If you’re missing part of your order, check your tracking details for each item before contacting us — the remaining item(s) may simply be arriving on a separate, longer timeline.
